Rates:

Our standard rate for individual therapy ranges from $150 - $195 per session.  

Our weekly therapy groups are in-person and run for 90 minutes. with a fee of $90 per session. 

While we strongly prefer in-person sessions (believing they offer the most meaningful therapeutic experience), we are able to provide virtual sessions upon request.

We offer sliding scale fees for a limited number of clients. 

We also offer a free 15-minute consultation during which you can speak to a therapist prior to making an appointment.

Payment:

Payment is due in full at the time of service by cash, check, HSA or credit card. We use Simple Practice software which allows clients to add a debit or credit card to their portal for easy payment.  

Insurance:

We are not contracted with insurance companies, therefore we do not accept any commercial insurance.  To determine whether your insurance plan has out-of-network benefits, you must contact  your insurance provider directly. 

On the first of each month, you will be emailed a Super Bill which can be submitted to your insurance company should you have out-of-network benefits.
