OUR SERVICES
Individual Psychotherapy
We provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults from ages seven through adulthood . We tailor our services to the clients needs in order to provide an individualized and effective therapy experience.
Family Therapy
When our connections to our loved ones become stressed or severed, the entire family suffers. We strive to bring families together to promote healthier relationships, better communication, and a deeper sense of trust.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a powerful technique that helps clients reprocess traumatic memories. It can help reduce nightmares, triggers, and symptoms related to PTSD. EMDR can be a stand-alone therapy method or used in conjunction with psychotherapy. Amy is trained in Francine Shapiro's EMDR model, as well as EMDR 2.0 and The Flash Technique.
Group Therapy
Group therapy is one of the best treatment modalities for decreasing isolation and increasing connection.
